RESTORING FROZEN MOVEMENT WITH ACC EXPERTS AT SIKA HANOI

As experts in motion, ACC – American Chiropractic Clinic recently partnered with SIKA to host a special workplace wellness workshop titled “Healthy Living at the Workplace”.

During the workshop, Dr. Brandon Ramakko shared professional insights and practical solutions to help participants relieve physical stress and restore their body’s natural range of motion. Key highlights included:

Understanding the causes of numbness, pain, and weakness in the hands and arms from a clinical perspective. Beyond the wrist, ACC’s expert guided SIKA employees through simple self-assessments to identify movement restrictions originating from the neck, collarbone, and forearm.
Learning how to optimize workstation ergonomics so that every movement from typing to maintaining proper eye level, supports a healthier posture and reduces unnecessary stress on the spine.
Practicing the “Hourly Reset” routine, including shoulder, chest, and neck mobility exercises designed to release muscle tension and restore flexibility to the musculoskeletal system, all without leaving the desk.
