In the middle of sunny June, ACC Hanoi Clinic experienced a truly special Wednesday afternoon, welcoming our beloved patients to the workshop: “Flexible Movement, Healthy Body.”
Driven by their trust and special affection for Dr. Brandon Ramakko and the ACC team, our dear patients dedicated their afternoon to attending the event. Together, everyone learned how to listen to their bodies and proactively improve their musculoskeletal health in daily life.
Joy Spreads from Body Understanding
Opening the event, Dr. Brandon Ramakko – a Chiropractic specialist – instantly broke the ice with his incredibly approachable and dynamic presentation style. He shared practical medical insights regarding the musculoskeletal system and introduced simple stretching exercises that can be easily practiced at home.
Thanks to his dedicated guidance, medical knowledge that might usually seem dry became easy to grasp, empowering patients to master scientific methods for maintaining body flexibility.

The most memorable highlight of the workshop was the hands-on practice session. Wearing comfortable outfits, the entire room relaxed and performed stretching exercises together within ACC Hanoi’s medical-standard environment.
Under the meticulous guidance of Dr. Brandon and the close support of ACC’s experienced medical staff, the patients executed every movement with precision. Joyful laughter and a sense of relief as muscle tension melted away brought an incredibly positive energy to the entire room.
