ACC Chiropractic Clinic was proud to serve as the official Recovery Sponsor of the Vietnam Mountain Marathon (VMM) 2025, which brought together more than 3,000 professional and amateur runners in Sa Pa last weekend (September 19–20, 2025).
The Vietnam Mountain Marathon is the country’s oldest trail race, held every September during the golden rice harvest season in dreamy Sa Pa. Now in its 12th year, VMM 2025 marked a special milestone as it officially joined the World Trail Majors—an alliance of 12 of the world’s leading independent trail races. This recognition draws top athletes from around the globe to compete for a spot on one of the most prestigious leaderboards in the trail running community.
As a long-term partner of the event, ACC Chiropractic Clinic – A member of FV Group and Thomson Medical Singapore—was honored to accompany both runners and organizers, contributing to the success of this year’s race with activities such as:
- Pre- and post-race checkups by experienced specialists in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation
- Manual Therapy: stretching and easing muscle tightness after the race
- Rocktape sports taping to boost endurance, support muscle strength, and reduce injuries before running
- Practical advice and tips to help athletes prepare and recover more effectively
This year’s race also showcased outstanding achievements from Vietnamese athletes, who dominated the podium in multiple categories: men’s 100km top 3, women’s 100km runner-up, men’s and women’s 70km top 3, and men’s and women’s 21km top 3. These results highlight the growing popularity and competitiveness of trail running in Vietnam, where local athletes are now training and performing on par with runners from trail-running powerhouses like the USA, Japan, and China.
ACC’s General Director and Medical Director, Dr. Rob Sleiman, had the honor of presenting awards to the top 3 male and female finishers in the 21km category.
Let’s look back at the unforgettable moments from this season with ACC—and see you at future sporting events, as we continue building a sports-loving community free from injuries!
