At ACC Chiropractic Clinic, ongoing training and professional development for our staff are always a top priority. Each training session is not only an opportunity to acquire new knowledge but also a means to enhance the quality of care—a guiding principle in all that we do at ACC.
Recently, our team took part in an in-depth training session focused on early screening for scoliosis in children, led by Ms. Lê Thị Thu Hiền, Head of the Rehabilitation Department.
With nearly seven years of clinical experience, Ms. Thu Hiền delivered a wealth of valuable practical insights, from how to recognize early signs of spinal abnormalities, key considerations when screening young children, to special cases that require close monitoring.
During her talk, Ms. Thu Hiền emphasized:
“Early detection of scoliosis in children plays a crucial role in treatment outcomes. If properly addressed from the early stages, children can correct their posture, slow disease progression, and avoid complications that may affect their physical development later on.”
The training session took place in an enthusiastic atmosphere, filled with practical questions and professional exchanges among the staff. Rather than just a one-way transfer of knowledge, the training provided a space for team members to learn from one another, share treatment experiences, and broaden their professional perspectives—true to the spirit of learning and solidarity that ACC continually fosters.
At ACC, we believe that a highly skilled team is the foundation for sustainable treatment success. That’s why we regularly organize internal training programs with practical and up-to-date content: from advanced techniques and case discussions to real-world insights shared between experienced professionals and passionate young team members.
We consistently encourage a spirit of progress and continuous learning across our organization, so that each individual has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and help build a team that is professional, dedicated, and always focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.
