On December 7, 2025, My Dream Football Training Center successfully collaborated with ACC Clinic to organize a Specialized Screening Program forFoot Health and Scoliosis for the young athletes at the center. The event was highly successful, receiving significant attention and positive feedback from parents and participating students.
We believe that playing sports is a golden key to good health, especially disciplines like football which demand flexibility and endurance. However, this event emphasized a crucial message: proper body care is an indispensable foundation.
In addition to dedicated training, having healthy feet and a straight spine is a core element for the children to:
- Maximize their athletic potential.
- Avoid unnecessary injuries.
- Sustain their long-term sports career and passion.
During the program, the student athletes received thorough examinations and consultations from ACC experts, including:
- Specialized Screening: Screening for common issues in developing ages and high-intensity training, such as Flat Feet, Leg Axis Deviation, and Scoliosis—issues that directly impact performance and overall development.
- Detailed Explanation: Providing detailed explanations to help students and parents clearly understand the connection between musculoskeletal health in daily life and in athletic training.
- Corrective Exercise Guidance: Providing and instructing on stretching and corrective exercises tailored to individual health conditions and specific high-intensity football training demands.
