- Free Professional Deep Stretching: Our team of physical therapists directly supported precise stretching, helping to optimize muscle performance and reduce the risk of injury on race day.
- Free Musculoskeletal Health Consultation: Runners received check-ups and assessments on their spinal and joint conditions, along with personalized advice for their running and recovery strategy. Furthermore, every athlete visiting the ACC booth received a special offer: a Voucher valued up to 🔥 400,000 VND off their first examination fee at ACC.
At the recovery area right after the finish line on race day, ACC’s international team of specialists worked diligently, providing immediate care services that meet international standards:
- Immediate Muscle Recovery: Performing stretching techniques to soothe tense muscle groups, minimizing cramping and post-race aches and pains.
- Health Assessment and Check-ups: Conducting rapid checks for acute injuries and providing timely medical advice on initial handling of common issues like Achilles tendon strain, knee pain, or other musculoskeletal problems.
