The Candidate

Job Descriptions

1. Greet patients in a professional manner at their arrival & on the telephone.

2. Organizing & scheduling appointments;

3. Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;

4. Work closely with team members to ensure the arrangement & cleanliness at the lobby & reception area meet the management’s standard.

5. Handles cashier’s works when assigned.

6. Provide support to patients’ requests of documents relating to treatment.

7. Attract potential patients by answering inquiries of services on site, via phone or email.

8. Process messages from patients to doctor’s assistant to doctors;

9. Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.

10. Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;

11. Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)

1. Degree in the relevant field is preferred;

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience;

3. Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;

4. Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;

5. Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;

6. Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;

7. Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;

8. Strong organizational & planning skills;

9. Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;

10. Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.
