Step 2: Check-in, Fill in Patient form & Initial Screening
Upon arrival, you will:
- Update your medical information and health history.
- Submit any previous diagnostic imaging (X-ray/MRI) if available.
This essential step provides the doctor with a comprehensive overview and necessary baseline data before proceeding to the physical examination and clinical diagnosis.
Step 3: Physical Examination & Clinical Diagnosis
The doctor will perform the following evaluations:
- Analyze medical history, lifestyle habits, and pain levels.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the spine, muscles, joints, and nerves.
- Review and analyze existing MRI/X-ray films or order new scans if necessary.
- Evaluate posture, gait, and muscular imbalances.
Following the exam, the doctor will explain the root cause of your symptoms, assess your musculoskeletal condition, and design a personalized treatment protocol.
Step 4: Treatment according to Doctor's prescriptions
The core strength of ACC lies in the integration of multiple methods within a single session, ensuring high recovery efficiency:
- Chiropractic Care: Manual adjustments of misaligned vertebrae to release nerve pressure, addressing the root cause of the pain.
- Physical Therapy: Utilizing high-tech modalities (Shockwave therapy, Class IV Laser, DTS Decompression, etc.) to reduce inflammation and accelerate soft tissue healing.
- Rehabilitation: Specialized one-on-one exercises with experienced therapists under strict medical supervision to improve muscle strength and restore full functional mobility.
Note: The actual number of sessions and specific treatment methods will be determined by the doctor based on the patient’s physical condition, severity of the pathology, and demographic factors (age, occupation, etc.).
Step 5: Post-Treatment Guidance & Follow-up Scheduling
At the end of the session, the doctor will provide detailed advice on lifestyle, nutrition, and physical activity to help patients proactively manage their recovery and minimize the risk of recurrence. A suitable follow-up schedule will be established to evaluate symptom improvement and range of motion, ensuring the body is responding correctly to the protocol.
Note: Strict adherence to the follow-up schedule is crucial to maintaining recovery momentum, ensuring optimal results, and preventing the return of pain.
Musculoskeletal Conditions Require the Right Treatment, the Right Facility, and the Right Protocol
Why is a multi-session treatment protocol necessary?
The musculoskeletal system is a complex network involving nerves, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and the body’s overall movement axis. Therefore, conditions such as herniated discs, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, joint misalignment, or loss of natural spinal curvature cannot be fully resolved in just one or two sessions.
Patients are encouraged to stay committed to their prescribed treatment protocol to ensure:

Muscles, joints, nerves, and soft tissues require adequate time to heal and restore their correct anatomical structure.
Each session targets specific functional goals such as muscle relaxation, inflammation reduction, and nerve decompression to effectively enhance the overall range of motion.
Doctors monitor progress at every session to adjust the protocol accordingly, helping patients accelerate their recovery time.
Post-treatment guidance empowers patients to maintain long-term results and significantly reduce the risk of recurrence.

Ms. Loi
Ms. Loi previously suffered a motorcycle accident that resulted in Grade 1 spondylolisthesis (8mm displacement), causing severe pain and numbness radiating down both legs, making walking extremely difficult. After being examined and treated with Chiropractic adjustments combined with Physical Therapy and the Pneumex Rehabilitation program at ACC, her pain has significantly subsided. Her mobility has improved, and her health and daily activities are steadily returning to normal.

Mr. Thanh
Mr. Thanh unfortunately suffered a stroke that led to a complete loss of body control and mobility-limiting complications. However, after just 5 treatment sessions at ACC integrating Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy, and Pneumex Rehabilitation, Mr. Thanh has progressively regained active mobility. He can now walk comfortably and has confidently returned to his daily life.

Ms. Nguyet
Ms. Nguyet arrived at ACC suffering from bilateral neck and lower back pain, with numbness radiating to her head, arms, and legs (more pronounced on the left side). This condition led to chronic insomnia and constant physical fatigue. Her doctor developed an intensive 18-session protocol combining Chiropractic adjustments, Class IV Laser Therapy, and Rehabilitation exercises. After several weeks, Ms. Nguyet experienced a significant reduction in lower back pain and the radiating numbness vanished. Being free from pain has allowed her to sleep better and greatly improved her overall spirit.
