We would like to provide a few <strong>#workfromhome<\/strong>\u00a0tips to help you feel comfortable in your at-home office space.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sit back in your chair with your feet flat on the ground in front of you. We know it\u2019s tempting to work from your comfortable couch \u2014 but your back won\u2019t like it after a while. If your feet don\u2019t reach the floor when you\u2019re sitting back in your chair, grab a small stool or a few books and place them under your feet as support.<\/li>\n<li>Put your computer screen at a comfortable viewing height. Don&#8217;t look down at your screen. If possible, make sure your screen or monitor is set up perpendicular to a window. This will help reduce glare from the light and minimize eye strain.<\/li>\n<li>Standing desks are great to use, but use them in moderation. Why? Standing puts more stress and strain on our circulatory system (as well as the feet and legs) than sitting does. The best option is to alternate between sitting and standing. Every 20 to 30 minutes, stretch and move around for a minute or two to promote circulation and relax muscles.<\/li>\n<li>Ditch the mouse pad with the squishy wrist rest. Having anything under your wrist can actually add compression on the nerves in your wrist.
