However, it&#8217;s quite the contrary. Because of sitting too much, Mrs. Phuong, a busy lawyer found herself ending up with herniated disc in the back and neck, which led to numbness in her hands and arms. The long pain affected her normal life and daily activities. She went to Singapore to see a doctor and was assigned for a surgical treatment. Ms. Phuong always endeavor to follow and change living habits according to the doctor&#8217;s advice.
