I am Ryan Bird&#8217;s mother and you fitted me for some orthotics (November).<\/p>\n<p>I wear them everyday. I found a pair of tennis shoes that works so well with them. In fact, I even wore the tennis shoes to church for several weeks until I found some great church shoes that fit the orthotics inserts.<\/p>\n<p>I can walk for longer periods of time and my ankles only slightly swell. My life has improved so much because I do not have to sit all day and I am not in as much pain.<\/p>\n<p>I will miss going to Vietnam, but it is great having Ryan and Theresa and kids back here.
