In this workshop, Dr. Rob introduced safe, conservative treatment methods aimed at helping patients recover and maximize their range of motion. These include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/chiropractic-adjustment\/\">Chiropractic adjustments<\/a> to correct misalignments in the discs and spine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Combine with <a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/physiotherapy\/\">Physiotherapy<\/a> such as <a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/dts-decompression-traction-therapy\/\">DTS spinal decompression<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/shockwave-therapy\/\">Shockwave therapy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/class-iv-laser-therapy\/\">high-intensity Class IV laser therapy<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/acc-combined-therapies\/pneumex-pneuback\/\">Pneumex Rehabilitation program<\/a>, all of which help reduce pain, inflammation, and accelerate the patient\u2019s recovery.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/09\/recap-workshop-non-surgical-treatment-of-disc-herniation-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10016\" src=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/09\/recap-workshop-non-surgical-treatment-of-disc-herniation-2.png\" alt=\"recap workshop non surgical treatment of disc herniation 2\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/09\/recap-workshop-non-surgical-treatment-of-disc-herniation-2.png 600w, https:\/\/acc.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/09\/recap-workshop-non-surgical-treatment-of-disc-herniation-2-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The workshop provided many useful insights to help patients better understand their condition.
