Saigon Hash House Carrier
The Saigon Hash House Harriers is a long established running club that balances exercise and fun with a run or walk following a paper trail out in the countryside on a Sunday afternoon. All levels of fitness and nationalities are welcome although you do need to be able to work at least 5 km. Afterwards enjoy the beer, songs and new friends and then come back into the city around 7.30 – 8.00pm to finish with an optional dinner. The hash runs every Sunday and there is a bus leaving Caravelle hotel at 2pm. The cost for all this is 220, 000 VND for expats and 150, 000 for Vietnamese. For more information, go to www.saigonhash.com.
We are pleased to be friends of ACC as many of our members have had treatment at ACC which has enabled them to run or walk the hash again.
